How Can I Get the Breads? |
If you are in the Lake Tahoe area, you can buy our breads at some of the local supermarkets and stores. We are carried by these quality markets:

Farmer's markets start on the week of May 21. We are going to be at two farmers markets this year. Click here for Farmer's Market locations.
If you are not in the Lake Tahoe area and can't reach a framer's market, UPS can deliver it straight to your door. They are quite fast, and most people on the west coast can use UPS Ground rates for guaranteed one or two day delivery. Below is a chart showing the guaranteed delivery times for UPS Ground. Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day shipping are also available. We recommend you select a rate that will get you bread to you within three days or less for maximum freshness.

When Will The Bread Be Baked and Delivered/Shipped? |
We have just begun the full summer season baking schedule and are baking breads several days a week. From May 27 forward, you will be able to order bread every week. Each week, the UPS bread will be baked through the day and sliced & bagged into the night on Monday to accommodate all the restaurant and special orders we receive by Sunday. Delivery/Shipping is then done on Tuesday morning.

How Long Will the Breads Keep? |
The Pan Breads will generally keep about 10 days without refrigeration provided they are kept in a cool place and away from the sun or other heat sources. Refrigeration will extend this to 2 weeks, and they can be frozen for up to a month without losing flavor.
Sourdoughs and English Muffins will generally keep about 5 days without refrigeration provided they are kept in a cool place and away from the sun or other heat sources. Refrigeration will extend this to 2 weeks, and they can also be frozen for up to a month without losing flavor.
